Something about John Fraser.. Following up the ‘Flute Attendant‘ story I looked into a folder with the Nanton Air Museum pictures taken during a recent visit to the place. Bingo. I found a picture of the information board on the wall in one of the museum’s corner with a brief on John Fraser, a Shere Lowe’s father.

As for a key feature of the museum, the Lancaster bomber, seats in the center of the Museum’s hangar. Visitors are allowed inside the aircraft, but not to the flight deck.

Once you inside, I bet your imagination would try to ‘carry you away’ to the time of that war.

Inside the Lanky

What John Fraser might have seen from his gunner’s position.

Riveted aluninum skin.. No bullet holes! Watch your rear!
